Rough Clean
Remove trash from interior and dispose of as directed by superintendent.
Sweep attic spaces, wipe down water heater.
Clean all windows (interior & exterior) Remove all paint/glue/stickers from glass.
Clean all window tracks (where possible) and remove residue.
Clean all window sills and frames; remove dirt / sheetrock mud where possible.
Clean all bathtubs and tub surrounds, shower stalls, sinks and toilets.
Wipe down all cabinets and vanity tops.
Clean inside cabinets and drawers.
Clean doors and door frames.
Remove dust from baseboards and all woodwork in prep for painter.
Sweep floors.

Please have painters remove tape from hinges/hardware before final clean
We need running water from interior faucets and electricity to each room in order to do a rough clean
Window clean should be done before wood floor has been coated or wood floor should be covered.
Rough clean to be done AFTER wood floor has been sanded.
Cleaning caked-on sheetrock mud off aluminum window frames is tedious, within the realm of work we can do, but charged extra for.
We can clean third story windows in many cases, provided there is ample room for ladder set up (32 ft ladder reach maximum), free of trees/ limbs and power lines, and graded landscape or concrete poured for ladder set up.
